In 1847, the head of the Kielce county authorities Tomasz Zieliński, a patron of fine arts and lover of antiquities, became a leaseholder of a riding school building and transformed it into a private residence.

Swimming pool "Delfin" has undergone a thorough refurbishment and can boasts as one of the most attractive in the region. The dimensions of the pool is 25/12 m. Great interest has a tube numbering up to 96 m! In addition to the attractions, Kielce MOSiR offers the possibility of using treatments and sauna. The building is fully adapted for disabled people.
